Once upon a time a set of the most beautiful eyes flourished on the safe environment of a young lady's face dazzling minds and offering everybody the right to admire such a creation.

Some one swore that the eyes were deep brown, others were sure they saw an olive green sparkle in them and large numbers of people never ceased to believe that they were golden brown burning eyes; they were all right in a way but they missed a small detail; That those eyes were so unnatural they could use light for their own benefit. sometimes when they are sad, they are in no mood for brightness and turn a deep brown door in front of all intruders. Other occasions they are optimistic and almost green like the color of good nature and when playful, they always burnt in golden glow.

Just like the four seasons, her eyes changed with her mood. She didn't think so much about it when she looked in the mirror cause for her; beauty was just a nature and nothing new and the poor girl walked in the streets smiling, playing and crying normally not even noticing the hundreds of thousands of hearts breaking beneath her bare feet while her admirers grew in numbers, some are into her for her hair, others for the lips and of course her eyes claimed their share of disparate lovers.

There was absolutely no way for anyone to resist, her essence would fill the room swaying everybody over their feet stealing their free will until they couldn't bare the torture of being in the presence of an angel no more without reaching out to touch her but in fear that she might disappear they all refrained from drinking the water that would save them.

but unfortunately, just like the sun she has to leave sometimes and they would feel the most unendurable feeling of emptiness, so they wonder in the streets asking about the lost angel

and to all of them the answer was: Natalie Portman, the beauty of both the east and the west incorporated.

This video is a tribute to the wonderful Israeli/ American star Natalie Portman. Leonard Shapton’s book, Important Artifacts and Personal Property From the Collection of Lenore Doolan and Harold Morris, Including Books, Street Fashion, and Jewelry will soon be a major motion picture starring Brad Pitt and Natalie Portman. Paramount pictures recently hired Gregg Motolla to write the screenplay. According to MTV News, The full title of the book will be reduced to simply say Important Artifacts.

Motolla who wrote the screenplay for Adventureland faces a difficult challenge by adapting the Shapton’s book to the big screen. The book read like an auction catalog with each chapter containing details an item the couple collected during the long term of their relationship. This concept most likely will not make its way to the big screen. The plot for Important Artifacts will probably follow the standard plot for most romantic comedies.

One of the most exciting cinematic collaborations that we've heard so far this year, Darren Aronofsky has commissioned Rodarte designed sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy create costumes for his psychological thriller about ballet Black Swan, starring Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis.

Their lastest collection looked a touch like unfocused decoupage and may not have been our favourite work by the Mulleavy girls, but it's entirely conceivable that, as costume designers, they will create some pretty frothy and fabulous looking ballerina garb.

Plus, Natalie Portman is one of the Mulleavy's BFFs and is a regular wearer of Rodarte, so they'll already have her measurements on hand.

But back to the movie for a moment, the premise has Nina (Portman) and Lilly (Kunis) as rival dancers in a New York City ballet company, and when Nina wins the lead role in Swan Lake things start going bad. Rumour has it, the two girls get it on at one point in the movie - which would be amazing.

And if that isn't amazing enough, Winona Ryder is also in the movie playing a supporting role. This will probably be the greatest movie of all time.

As I have said elsewhere: Most of the Brothers comments on IMDb contain the story line. I don't think it is necessary or advisable. But sharing your personal experience and analyzing it from the vantage point of your subjective reality could be enriching potentials of perception and preparing the one who didn't see the film yet. Equally it may give the confirmation of their own feelings, or a totally different angle to the one who had. Naming who is playing whom is not necessary either - it's all on the title page.

Goodness vs. badness - the split cardboard reality of a commoner's philosophy is masterfully challenged by this film. Sibling rivalry usually means for us in a flat two-dimensional view a competition between the brothers and sisters. The parents, superiors and other type of authorities are an intricate part of this process. The two pairs of same sex siblings and the interactions between all four of them is a real essence of this Shakespearian proportion drama. I have not seen yet the original Danish film Broder, but in this remake the depth of the gap between integrity and opportunism is strikingly and powerfully illustrated. Great film. Take enough facial tissue.

What to write? Well I'm still astonished by the ending and the movie all in all. It's rarely a movie stuns me like this, simply makes me want to do nothing but think about how wonderful it was. The Other Boleyn Girl movie is so touching, so delicate and beautifully played, by each actor. It gives you a great insight of how it was at court and how it was inside the kings walls, at times beautiful and happy, and at others sad and dark.

To this movie should be a have to do, and I'm glad to have the privilege of writing this.

Could have been called Paris Je'Taime-The Sequel That's Equally As Good, If Not Better,
As a fan of Paris Je'Taime, I went to see New York, I Love You with very high expectations. I gladly walked out with all my expectations met. It was funny, sweet, fast-paced, and entertaining. The film starts out with two cab hoppers (Bradley Cooper & Justin Bartha) trying to get to the same area but arguing which way to go. That was funny, and then the film goes into some of the best skits I have ever seen anywhere. There were four amazing ones out of all the good ones. Those four I will start talking about. One features Shia LaBeouf as a bellhop at a hotel who finds love in an old lady. The next one features Orlando Bloom as a music maker who is doing business with a woman played by Christina Ricci. Another one features Anton Yelchin and Olivia Thirbly as two people going to prom, Thirbly's character being handicapped. The best one features Eli Wallach and Cloris Leachman as a bickering old couple. I will bring to your attention that Natalie Portman makes an impressive directorial debut directing, and writing a skit about a caretaker, and Ethan Hawke and Maggie Q are excellent as a flirting man and a hooker. New York, I Love You is definitely as good, if not better than the 2006 Paris Je'Taime. The skits are well-paced, and the film shows how indie films should really be. The film, however, does not have as many famous directors as Paris Je'Taime, which is why it was fantastic to live up to its excellence. If you want to laugh, see some great dramatic effects, see an amazing amount of great performances, and just plain be entertained then definitely go see New York, I Love You.

Best Movie of This Century. Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium movie is pretty awesome. If you haven't seen it, I highly suggest seeing it within the next 3-5 hours. Yes, its that good. Trust me, I am 24 years old, I like to party, and this movie is kicks boddams. PANTSSSSSSSSS! PANTSSSSSSSS! The kid with the hat wins, he has pretty much the coolest collection I have seen; he's genius. The sad monkey is the only downer of the movie. He makes me so sad I want to cry, but he does make a big come back in the end, just you wait. You will like it :) In regards to the Toy Emporium, where do I sign up? This is a wonderful short film to introduce us to one of the main characters in Wes Anderson's film The Darjeeling Limited. A broken romance sends Jack (Jason Schwartzman) off to a Paris hotel to lick his wounds it seems. In this short the ex-girlfriend has arrived and Jack must come face to face with her and his pain. Pay very close attention as you watch this as I think it will pay off. Personally I found this to be a nice little gift from Anderson as we wait for the release of The Darjeeling Limited. I don't really understand the question about it appearing in theatres as part of the main film but I think it does a nice job revealing the characters a bit. I enjoyed it and it certainly is very much like Anderson's previous work.

I know that many fans of Wes Anderson tend to be very thrown by each new film he creates and they tend to have a favorite that they won't stray from. I have never really understood this because I think his body of work is really quite consistent and he seems to improve with each film. The key to all of his films, at least to me, is that you feel that you have stepped in to each one and lived with the characters because he takes such care revealing their quirks to you. I think what causes the discord among his fans is that they feel so close to certain characters they have trouble letting go of them. So, we end up with passionate arguments about why Rushmore, Bottle Rocket, or The Royal Tenenbaums were "better" than The Life Aquatic.

This is one of those movies which determines who you want to hang out with and who you don't. In other words, if you are open to new ideas, enjoy movies which go outside the box, and are a free thinker, then Darjeeling Limited is for you. But if you are on the conservative side and more apt to rent a family-oriented, typical Hollywood melodrama, then this movie is not going to be your cup of tea. Because you see, Darjeeling Limited is creative, absolutely creative, and entertains from start to finish. The viewer of this unique, esoteric movie is treated with very visceral cinematography, which was breathtaking, from beginning to end. More than anything Darjeeling Limited is very much like taking a trip, namely in this case going along for a ride to visit exotic places, and interesting sometimes confounding people. Making this movie even more intricate are a host of family dynamics, quite humorously blown out of proportion or sometimes even exponentially exaggerated. There are also issues of grief, and hence part of this movie is these brothers journeying for some sense of resolve or closure. So in other words, it is a richly thought out script this movie is based upon. Most of all, as a viewer of these three brothers' often outrageous antics, I personally loved being a part of all of it, sharing their discovery of new places, seeing new people and above all experiencing their lives. And for those who have seen Darjeeling Limited and are still asking themselves what it was all about or what was the point of this movie, it is essentially an allegorical tale of how rewarding your life can be if you are willing to open up your mind, enjoy life and above all explore the world and the people around you. That is what this movie is all about---c'est tout! I must admit that I enjoyed this movie so much that I was dreading the moment it ended. I know this movie is way too cool for a sequel, but one can only hope.

This is a typical Kar Wai Wong film.Even some of the music is borrowed from In the mood for love.I have long been a Kar Wai Wong film fan.This is his first English language film.But the Kar Wai Wong style is still there. This movie seems to have met before.The Rachel Weisz part make me think of Texas,Paris the moment I heard the monologue.The idea crossing the America is not fresh either.As to Norah Jones,her role is just like Amélie.But there's something sweet in all these.Unlike Amélie who tries to help others,Elizabeth is merely a witness to all those things,aiming at finding a way to say goodbye to her failure in love.When she finally think herself prepared to say goodbye,the person who broke her heart is not there any more,and it's time to start a new relationship with Jude Law If you want to see something serious,I'm sorry,you may be disappointed.But if you just enjoy the atmosphere in a romantic movie,you will be satisfied.But it doesn't mean that it's a popcorn movie.Apart from the typical Kar Wai Wong style scenes,music,there's something to think over.You will think of something,think of your own love story in this story. I saw it yesterday on film festival. And it was great.

When I was reading the description of the movie, I had some doubts. It seemed it would be yet another film about bad, intolerant catholics and good and democratic atheists. I'm just fed up with that kind of films. But it was not so. In a short - Goya's Ghosts it's a great film with bad description.

What it really is about, is that it doesn't matter what principles one believes in if their life is doesn't match these principles. Both inquisitors and French democrats were capable of same brutality - always, of course, in name of some noble idea - love, freedom, equality... It's not sentimental or pathetic and it doesn't try to tell you what is "the only truth". It simply says that its not principles and ideas that are bad - its people. Characters are very human, with many errors - but, at the same time, each of the characters, even "villains" have moments when you will like them. It is also because the film changes perspective several times, and those who were despots become victims.

Maybe its not the best Forman's film, but it is very good.

The result is a wonderful collection of short films, Paris, je t'aime, in which our guides, Van Sant, Coixet, Cuaron, Payne and others take us on a breathtaking stroll through Parisian arrondissements, human feelings, yearnings and expectations.

Always some other quarter, always some utterly moving story about ordinary people in search for love, be it in a parking lot, art studio, tube station. And Paris, je t'aime is about vast array of loves- love for one's partner, child, parent, for those who meant the world to us but are no longer around, love that needs rekindling, serendipitous love for that stranger as your eyes meet, or love that just is not meant to be...today, but tomorrow- who knows?

Nevertheless, Paris, je t'aime film is not solely about love, but life itself, joy, pain, loneliness, confusion, everyday ups and downs. And its most important quality is the fact that it is not soppy at all, but rather warm and full of hope.

I give this film a 9 because the final section of it suggests how some of the stories might further develop, but not all of them and that is the thing that I find missing, and by "further development" I do not mean some specific reference to the characters' future. As far as everything else is concerned I can only say- captivating. Makes you want to leave everything behind you, flee to Paris and live those little romances yourself.

But was i in for a BIG treat, this (V for Vendetta) movie is so superbly acted by all the actors, especially Natalie Portman performed according to me to an Oscar nomination next year. The (V for Vendetta) movie is perfectly put together, so if you haven't read the comics you will be on the edge of you seat the whole movie. Its really that good folks. Free Zone... Awful, When I saw the beginning of Free Zone film begins with more than 10 minutes of Natalie Portman crying in a passenger seat, while nothing is happening, I knew this film will be a very boring film, but I kept watching it, and I made a mistake! Free Zone film is a 15 minutes film dragged into 90 minute film, when most of the time nothing is happening, Free Zone is not that the film is slow, just things don't move, beside the car they are driving. The director did a very good job of annoying me, he just made a joke of the middle east conflict with a shallow, meaning less story. I am a big fan of art movies, and I am not a Hollywood movie fan, but this Free Zone is not an art movie, and even it is not a Hollywood movie. What I don't understand is how can Free Zone film win any awards and even be nominated, especially in Cannes Film Festival. Was the actors so bad in that year that Hana Laszlo won the best Best Actress in Cannes Film Festival? For half of the film she was driving with no expressions or dialog, and even when she spoke she was not convincing. All the actors beside Makram Khoury and Natalie Portman (she was not brilliant) were really bad! But I would say the worst of them all is the director, I did not see any other film he did, but if all his films are like this one, then he should start doing something else! :)

A movie to bring balance to the two Trilogies..., I personally am more of a fan of the original trilogy than what I have been of the prequels. Although I did enjoy TPM, and AOTC, they definitely were not as well done as A New Hope or Empire. I think the general criticisms of the 1st 2 prequels was lack of good story, and poor acting. 1st I would like to say that the acting is much better in Revenge of the Sith than the 1st 2 prequels, but what truly stood out in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith movie was the story. Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith was delivered perfectly, for the 1st time since Empire, Lucas connected emotionally with his audience. The last hour of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith movie was especially powerful. Although probably not planned, I think Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith movie will be the bridge that brings the old star wars sheep back into the fold. Just as Anakin eventually brings balance to the force, Revenge of the Sith will bring balance back to the Star Wars Universe. And judging by the reaction of the test audience I was part of, everyone I was with feels the same way, no one left their seat for at least a couple minutes after Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith movie ended.

I see Closer film that is intelligent, thought provoking, provocative and rawly realistic. Closer is that film. Closer present an honest portrayal of four severely unlikable characters and they screw with each others love lives back and forth. Closer film is told in aduult sporting complexity through the growing plot points , the way it's filled and it's tasty advancing dialogue. Everyone in the film turns in a powerhouse performance worthy of Oscar consideration. Ms. Natalie Portman is wonderful as Alice shedding her blockbuster star wars acting skills and portraying someone multi dimensional with heart and pizazz. Julia Roberts stars as Anna in a cold, subtle performance which will leave audiences appreciating her acting believability as she pounces through each of her scenes with charismatic force. Jude law and Clive Owen are the real surprises here both turning in wonderfully appealing performance. Strong, weak, flawed and memorable. Especially whose last outing was the entertaining but mediocre action summer pic King Arthur. Closer film has wonderfully tight direction and sports beautifully placid colors and a fine adult score. Closer film draws dangerously close to being a near perfect film. I only wish Closer could've gone on for abit longer I wasn't completely satisfied to the ends of the characters on which we were give. but life itself isn't perfect or satisfying and this is a slick of someones life. Rush out and go see Closer ! Oner of the best film's of the year!

Kent Devy had bought a Blackberry phone on eBay, but realized the Blackberry still had the address book of the previous owner, including contact information for a number or Hollywood folks: actors, movie producers, as well as writers.

Kent Devy wasn’t sure the telephone numbers were authentic until he called actress Julie Walters and heard her voice mail message. He said:

"As I started to look through the phone’s features, I noticed one of the emails hadn’t been wiped off. I started to recognise some of the names and then I saw Jude Law’s number. It’s a genuine mistake."

Apparently, the Blackberry was previously owned by an associate producer for Steven Daldry Pictures and has since returned the phone. What an honest guy!

A rep for Steven Daldry’s company confirmed that Devey contacted them and announced they will be rewarding him:

"We’re grateful he will be returning the phone to us. We will be offering him a replacement Blackberry and some free tickets to see the Billy Elliot stage show."

Natalie Portman's vegan shoe line, however, was launched for good reason other than for the actress to cash in - to lessen animal cruelty and promote other materials for shoes. Natalie Portman's shoes are made cruelty-free with no animal products. So vegetarians and vegans everywhere seemed excited about these shoes. The line debuted earlier this year, with pre-orders available January 15 and officially launching at stores in February. Shoes were priced around $200.

Te Casan has even shut down its website. There has been no word from Natalie Portman or her reps on whether she'll seek another partnership to keep her shoes out there. She might be too busy focusing on her upcoming film projects to worry about what to do. The charity is endorsed by celebrities such as Paula Radcliffe and Natalie Portman who have both donated shoes to the Kibera project.

There were chaotic scenes at the Shoe4Africa Kibera peace race this week, when the 3000 women who took part in the race (which was created to help HIV and Aids awareness in Kibera) overwhelmed the event’s organisers with their demand for the free shoes on offer.

Shoe4Africa has been collecting used running shoes and organising races since 1995, and the shoes which are donated are given away to participants as prizes as well being raffled off.

After the organisers had run out of shoes, and the women had run out of patience, the girls cornered Athletics Kenya chairman, Isaiah Kiplagat and former World Half Marathon champion, Paul Tergat. They proceeded to demand their rightful shoes, and scrambled for any remaining pairs.

During the tussle, some women fainted, and others were actually injured in the rush, and had to be taken to hospital.

Tergat and Lorna Kiplagat, who helped to organise the event, said the occasion was meant to harmonise Kibera, which has been badly hit by post election skirmishes.
“Our objective is to establish peace and create HIV and Aids awareness in Kibera,” they explained.

Shoe4Africa is a non profit organisation which promotes social empowerment, health initiatives and AIDS awareness. As well as collecting and giving away used running shoes, the charity organises sporting events and training, and offers HIV testing and information to anybody who takes part in the races and games.

Natalie Portman’s vegan shoe line has just been discontinued. This shoes were really cute, but they came w/ a hefty price tag, which is a big turnoff for shoppers in this economy. It's pretty sad that the collection couldn't even last more than a year.

Vegan Shoe Line launched the Natalie Portman Collection for Te Casan in February, and the shoes retailed for about $200.

Natalie Portman’s line didn’t collapse completely on its own. The parent company, Te Casan, just went under. No word on whether or not Natalie will find another partnership for her shoe line.

Fergie recently hinted that she might be launching an eco-friendly shoe line. She might wanna put those plans on hold till the economy gets better unless she's gonna sell the shoes for cheap. And we all know eco products don't usually come cheap.

Natalie Portman appeared on Saturday Night Live on March 4, 2006, hosting the show with musical guest Fall Out Boy and special guest star Dennis Haysbert. In a SNL Digital Short, Portman portrays herself as an angry gangsta rapper (with Andy Samberg as her Flava Flav-esque partner in Viking garb) during a faux-interview with Chris Parnell, saying she cheated at Harvard University while high on pot and cocaine. In another sketch, she portrays a student named Rebecca Hershlag (her actual surname) attending a Bar Mitzvah, and in an installment of the recurring sketch The Needlers (also known as Sally and Dan, The Couple That Should Be Divorced), plays a fertility specialist (her father's profession).

V for Vendetta opened in early 2006. Portman portrayed Evey Hammond, a young woman who is saved from the secret police by the main character, V. Portman worked with a voice coach for the role, learning to speak with an English accent, and had her head shaved. Maxim magazine named Portman #33 on its annual Hot 100 list, citing her V for Vendetta hairstyle as a huge accomplishment proving "you don't need hair to be hot."

Natalie Portman has commented on V for Vendetta's political relevance, and mentioned that her character, who joins an underground anti-government group, is "often bad and does things that you don't like" and that "Being from Israel was a reason I wanted to do this because terrorism and violence are such a daily part of my conversations since I was little." In 2006, she filmed Wong Kar-wai's road movie My Blueberry Nights. Natalie Portman moved into the dorms of Harvard University to pursue her bachelor's degree in psychology, after filming Where the Heart Is. Portman said in a 1999 interview that, w/ the exception of the Star Wars prequels, she would not act for the next four years in order to concentrate on studying.

During the summer break, from June to September 2000, Natalie Portman filmed Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones in Sydney, including additional production in London.

In July 2001, Natalie Portman opened in New York City's Public Theater production of Chekhov's The Seagull, directed by Mike Nichols, playing the role of Nina alongside Meryl Streep, Kevin Kline, and Philip Seymour Hoffman. The play opened at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. That same year, Portman was one of many celebrities who made cameo appearances in the comedy Zoolander.

In 2002, the film opened around the world. She was cast in a small role in the film Cold Mountain alongside Jude Law and Nicole Kidman.

In 2004, Natalie Portman appeared in the independent movies Garden State and Closer. Garden State was an official selection of the Sundance Film Festival, and won Best First Feature at the Independent Spirit Awards. Shortly before the film's opening, Natalie Portman shaved her head for her role in the film adaptation of Alan Moore's graphic novel V for Vendetta, released in March 2006. Portman shaved head was first seen publicly at the Revenge of the Sith premieres. "Making a dramatic change that isn't reversible is always a worthy experience", Portman said of the drastically different hairstyle, "and that sort of gave me the courage to do it." She kept her hair short for most of 2005, had a fauxhawk, and briefly sported a full mohawk in late August, saying that it was "kind of wonderful to throw vanity away for a bit".

Also in 2005, Natalie filmed Free Zone and director Milos Forman's Goya's Ghosts. Forman had not seen any of her work, but thought she looked like a Goya painting so he requested a meeting.

During the mid-1990s, Natalie Portman had roles in the films Heat, Everyone Says I Love You, and Mars Attacks!, as well as a major role in Beautiful Girls. She was also the first choice to play Juliet in William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet, but producers felt Portman's age wasn't suitable enough.

In 1997, Natalie Portman played the role of Anne Frank in a Broadway adaptation of The Diary of Anne Frank. Portman initially turned down the lead role in the film Anywhere But Here, after learning it would involve a s3x scene, but director Wayne Wang and actress Susan Sarandon demanded a rewrite of the script; Portman was shown a new draft, and she joined the project.

The film opened in late 1999, and Natalie Portman received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Ann August. Critic Mary Elizabeth Williams of Salon called Portman "astonishing", and noted that "[u]nlike any number of actresses her age, she's neither too maudlin nor too plucky."
